- AZ-1 Series pumps are available in 15 different models with maximum pressure ratings from as low as 465 psi
and up to 42,500 psi on 100 psi of supplied air. - AZ-1 Series pumps consume approximately 28 scfm of air @ 100 psi.
- Flow rates and pressures can be controlled with an air line pressure regulator.

*For all CF (contamination free) models add 3 11/16 / 94mm to the L dimension to calculate overall height.
The 15 pump models available in the AZ-1 Series cover a wide range of operating requirements.

AZ-2 Series Pumps
- AZ-2 Series pumps are available in 10 different models with maximum pressure ratings from as low as 2,350 psi
and up to 50,000 psi of supplied air. - AZ-2 Series pumps consume approximately double the air of the AZ-1 series at 56 scfm of air @ 100 psi.
- The AZ-2 pumps produce slightly higher flow rates than their smaller counterparts the due to their longer 2 1/2 ” stroke
compared with 1/4 stroke of the AZ-1 series. - Like the AZ-1 series flow rates and pressures can be controlled with an air line.

*For all CF (contamination free) models add 4 15/16″ / 125mm to “L” dimension for overall height.

Material
Construction
Air Motor:
Mainly anodized aluminum with wound composite air cylinder, carbon steel zinc plated tie bolts and nitrile seals.
Hydraulic Section:
Oil service units have cold rolled plated steel piston, cylinder and check valves. Water service units have 303 stainless cylinders, stainless piston and check valves. Internal check valve parts are 300 series stainless steel except ball which is 440C stainless steel. Nitrile seals are standard (other compounds are available as required). All hydraulic pistons are hard chrome plated. Other material options may be available, contact the factory for more information.
